Nepal Government needs to send an official letter to 'btcnp@coinsgov.org' to apply for transaferring ownership of the reserved coins. The letter should include a Nepal Government controlled BTCNP address. After verified and coins transfered, the letter and the adddress will be published here.

Bitcoin Nepal ("BTCNP") is a decentralized cryptocurrency with large percentage of mined coins reserved for Nepal Government to claim and hold.
Based on Bitcoin Core, Bitcoin Nepal has the same level of code security as Bitcoin.
